As we head into the final school week of 2019, all Titan families, teachers and staff are invited to participate in the following community events and fundraisers: 

  

1) Shop Smile.Amazon.com, and benefit Skyline! - If you shop online at Amazon.com, be sure to register Skyline High PTSA (https://smile.amazon.com/ch/94-6174483) as your preferred charity. Then begin all your shopping at smile.amazon.com, and Skyline automatically receives a small percentage of your purchase. Tell your family and friends to sign up as well!

2) Dine Out for Skyline - Wed. December 18th (11am - 8:30pm, at Mountain Mike's Pizza, 2042 Mountain Blvd., Oakland). Dine in or take out, but be sure to mention Skyline Titans, and Mountain Mike's will donate 20% of your tab to Skyline in support of student and teacher programs! 

3) Staff Appreciation Breakfast - Fri. Dec 20th, The next Staff Appreciation Breakfast is this Friday, December 20 from 7:15 - 8:30 am at the Skyline HS Teacher Lounge in the 30 Building.  We are in need of volunteers to help with set-up (starting at 6:45), clean-up (8:30) or bring food/supplies.  Please sign up through this link,  (https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0b4aa5af2aa4f94-december1)  to help with food/supply donations or a task. If you need to drop off the night before or have any questions, please contact Joy Villafranca (joyv8868@yahoo.com).

1) Sports Basement Fundraiser - Extended through December 13th... Sports Basement Holiday Shopping Days!  *Be sure to mention Skyline High Titans, and receive 20% off their whole purchase. Basementeers receive 20% off and Non-Basementeers receive 11% off. 

2) Campus Beautification Day - Sat. Dec. 7th from 8am - 12pm. Come lend a hand to help make our beautiful campus even better. There will be coffee and bagels at the main entrance (near the administration building) and a list of projects to work on. Questions? Please contact Jane Nylund (ptsa.facilities@skylinehs-ptsa.org)

Skyline PTSA Meeting: Tues. Nov 19th, 7:00pm in the Library -- College Planning and Financing Discussion

Please join us for a college planning and funding options discussion. The PTSA is pleased to have guest speakers Alcian Lindo (Skyline college counselor) and Gerna Benz (of Bay Area College Planners) to provide insights and advice to Skyline families who are considering college options. Students are encouraged to attend as well!
